Crankworx Whistler Event Report. Client: POC Sports

A week-long celebration of the sport, vibrant festivities, and adrenaline-pumping competition, Crankworx Whistler never fails to bring the best out of the sport.

You’d think a week orientated around bikes would satisfy us, but we’re all left craving more. The competitions are what bring us here, but it's the inclusivity, community, clinics and workshops that keep us coming back. The community is growing, the culture is inspiring, mountain biking is here to stay and we’re here for it.

The Slopestyle competition always proves to be the week's undisputed highlight. Our favourite was Harriet Burbidge-Smith, who was going for nothing but the best, crashing in the process, injuring herself. Despite that, she was ready to lay down a second run, showing the fearless spirit of mountain biking and how much this means to her. In the high-octane Speed & Style event, Kaia Jenson excelled, securing herself a well earned place on the podium.
